Terms of Use

Welcome to Mithila by Reshma. By placing an order on mithilasilks.in you agree to the terms below. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We try to photograph every saree accurately. Slight variations in colour can occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings and are not considered a defect.
• Handloom and handwoven sarees may have minor irregularities in the weave. These are characteristics of a handmade product, not faults.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. Your price is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.

2. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after payment (or the Cash on Delivery advance) is successfully received.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, an advance is collected at checkout and the balance is paid on delivery. Orders that are refused at the door may forfeit the advance.
• A maximum of 2 units of the same product may be ordered at a time.
• We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, and a complete unboxing video is required for every claim. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. The full policy is available at Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All photographs, text and designs on this website belong to Mithila by Reshma and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
